We recommend:
- washing your hair every other day.
- alternating between the right product for your hair type and scalp, and different shampoos throughout the week.
- applying shampoo to the base of the hair… the ends are washed as the water runs down!
- leaving conditioner on for at least 5 minutes before rinsing.
- preferring lukewarm water, as very hot water tends to dehydrate and weaken.
